By accessing or using AOmniMedia services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

AOmniMedia provides professional document services including proposals, grants, business plans, policies, and other business documents. Our services are delivered through our divisions, including ClearDraft and future service lines.

Orders and Payments

• All prices are displayed in US dollars
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Services begin upon payment confirmation
• Rush delivery fees may apply for expedited orders

Revisions and Delivery

Document revisions are included as specified in each service offering:

• Standard documents include up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions may incur additional fees
• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to your custom documents. AOmniMedia retains the right to use generic templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed during your project for future clients. Your specific content and business information remains confidential.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Your documents, business information, and communications are not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to complete your project.

Limitation of Liability

AOmniMedia provides professional document services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as proposal acceptance, grant awards, or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund
• Work-in-progress cancellations receive partial refunds based on work completed
• Completed documents are non-refundable
